পৃথিবীর কোনো কিছু বসে থাকে না। অনেকক্ষণ ছাদের দাড়িয়ে লক্ষ্য করছি দূর হতে নগরের ব্যাস্ততা। আজ সকাল থেকে আকাশটা কালো মেঘে ঢাকা। চারিদিকে মিস্টি বাতাস।

ঘাম ঝরা এই দুপুরে এক জনকে খুব মনে পড়ছে যাকে দেখলেই ভোলা যেতো নিমিষেই শত কস্ট। হয়তোবা সে নিজেই একটা সুখের পরশপাথর সেটা সে নিজেও জানে না। শত ভীড়ের মাঝেও নিঃসঙ্গ থাকা যায়, অন্তরালে থাকে বুকে জমে থাকা কস্ট। কোনো এক সুরের ধাক্কায় নিমিষেই অশ্রু হয়ে গড়িয়ে পড়ে, তখন পেতে চায় খুব প্রিয়জনের এতটুকু স্পর্শ। জীবনটাকে কখনো খুব সুন্দর মনে হয়, নিঃসঙ্গতায় বড় নিষ্ঠুরও হয়।

বাস্তবতা কঠিন বলেই আমরা স্বপ্ন দেখতে ভালোবাসি। জানি সে স্বপ্ন কোনোদিন পূর্ন হবে কিনা তবে এটা জানি এই স্বপ্নটাই আজ আমার অবসেশন। আজকে এক প্রিয় মানুষের জন্মদিন। সে একটা কবিতা লিখেছিলো যেটা আমার এই লেখার সাথে খুবই মিলে যেতো। এই কথাগুলো কেনো যেনো God of trance: Dj tiesto Christian Burnsকে দিয়ে একটা অসাধারন গান গাইয়েছে In the dark।
