সবাইকে আমার নিজস্ব ব্লগ ভিজিট করার আমন্ত্রন রইলঃ www.islameraalo.wordpress.com স্যার ফ্রান্সিস গল্ট এর দীর্ঘ গবেষনার পর ১৮৮০ সালে মানুষকে শনাক্তকরনের জন্য এক নতুন পদ্ধতির আবিস্কার করেন। তিনি প্রমান করেন প্রতিটি মানুষের আঙ্গুলের ছাপ আলাদা। দুটি মানুষের আঙ্গুলের ছাপ কোন মতেই একই হতে পারে না। এই আবিস্কারের পরে সারা পৃথিবী জুড়ে আপরাধি সনাক্তকরনের এক নতুন বৈজ্ঞানীক পদ্ধতির সুচনা হল। এর পর থেকে সারা পৃথিবী জুড়ে পুলিশ বা গোয়েন্দারা এই পদ্ধতির সাহায্যে হাজার হাজার অপরাধিদের ধরেছে আর হাজার হাজার নির্দোশদের শাস্তির হাত থেকে বাচিয়েছে।

আজ পৃথিবীর সকল দেশের পুলিশ, সি.আই.ডি বা ক্রাইম ব্রাঞ্চের অফিসাররা এই পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করেন। কিন্তু শুনে আশ্চর্য হবেন এই ফিঙ্গার প্রিন্টের কথা মহাগ্রন্থ আল কুরানে সাড়ে চৌদ্দশ বছর আগে বর্ননা করা হয়েছে। যখন কুরানের এই আয়াতটি নাযীল হল- “মানুষ কি মনে করে যে, আমি তার অস্থিগুলি একত্রিত করতে পারব না?” তখন কাফেরা এই আয়াতটি নিয়ে হাসাহাসি শুরু করল। মৃত্যুর পর পুনরুজ্জীবন সম্পর্কে আবিশ্বাসীরা যুক্তি খাড়া করল মৃত ব্যক্তিদের অস্থি সমুহ খন্ডস-বিখন্ড হয়ে মাটিতে মিশে যাওয়ার পর বিচার দিবসে আলাদা করে প্রত্যেককে কিভাবে শনাক্ত করা যাবে। আল্লাহ কি বুঝতে পারবেন কোনটা কার অস্থি? এটা কোন মতেই সম্ভব নয়।

তখন আল্লাহ তাদের উদ্দেশ্যে বললেন- “বরং আমি তার আঙ্গুলের ছাপকেও সুবিন্যাস্ত করতে সক্ষম” (সুরা কিয়ামাহ/৩-৪) অর্থাৎ আল্লাহ তাদের বললেন মৃত ব্যক্তিদের অস্থি সমুহ খন্ড বিখন্ড হয়ে মাটিতে মিশে যাওয়ার পর বিচার দিবসে আলাদা করে প্রত্যেককে শনাক্ত করতে তিনি সক্ষম এমনকি আঙ্গুলের ছাপ দিয়েও তিনি মানুষদের শনাক্ত করতে সক্ষম। THE IDENTITY HIDDEN IN THE FINGERPRINT While it is stated in the Qur'an that it is easy for Allah to bring man back to life after death, peoples' fingerprints are particularly emphasized: Yes, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers. (Qur'an, 75:4) The emphasis on fingerprints has a very special meaning. This is because shapes and details on everyone's fingerprint are unique to each individual. Every person who is alive or who has ever lived in this world has a set of unique fingerprints. Furthermore, even identical twins having the very same DNA sequence have their own set of fingerprints. Fingerprints attain their final shape before birth and remain the same for a lifetime unless a permanent scar appears. That is why fingerprints are accepted as a very important proof of identity, exclusive to their owner. The science of fingerprints has been used as a non-erring identity determination method. However, what is important is that this feature of fingerprints was only discovered in the late 19th century. Before then, people regarded fingerprints as ordinary curves without any specific importance or meaning. However in the Qur'an, Allah points to the fingertips, which did not attract anyone's attention at that time, and calls our attention to their importance. Then Allah (God) reply with this verse in the holy Qur'an: Nay, We are able to put together in perfect order the very tips of his fingers. (Quran 75:4) This emphasis on finger print has a very special meaning, this is because every one's finger print is unique to himself, every person who is alive or who has ever lived in this world, has a set of unique finger prints, that is why the finger prints are accepted as a very important identity exclusive to the owner, and it is used for this purpose around the World. Scientific facts * Finger prints are formed in the embryo at the fourth month, and remain fixed and distinct all along man’s life. * Finger prints are a record of curvatures that arise due to the fusion between the epidermis with the dermis. * These curvatures differ from one person to another, and they never match or correspond among all humans. * Finger prints have become the best method to identify persons. In 858, the English Scientist, William Herschel, pointed out that finger prints differ with the difference of their holders, thus rendering them as distinctive feature evidence for each person. Allah says in the Holy Quran : “I do swear by the Day of Resurrection. I do swear by the reproachful soul. Does man reckon We shall not gather his bones? Yes indeed; We are able to shape again the tips of his fingers.” (75: 1-4) {لا أُق�’سِمُ بِيَو�’مِ ال�’قِيَامَةِ * وَلا أُق�’سِمُ بِالن�‘َف�’سِ الل�‘َو�‘َامَةِ * أَيَح�’سَبُ الإِنسَانُ أَل�‘َن�’ نَج�’مَعَ عِظَامَهُ * بَلَى قَادِرِينَ عَلَى أَن�’ نُسَو�‘ِيَ بَنَانَهُ} القيامة 1-4 * Physicians conducted wide anatomical studies on a large number of people of different nationalities and ages, and they were confronted with the scientific fact to which they bowed their heads, and in submission they testified that no one is ever able to make similar all finger prints scattering all over the universe not even among two persons. * Here it is noticed that the verse speaks also of the recreation of all finger tips, and not only one. The word fingertips refer to all hand fingers. So shaping them again after being scattered all over the universe on Resurrection Day is a sign of Allah’s almighty power. This is but one side of Allah’s ability to resurrect people on Doomsday with their identifiable parts after annihilation. * Therefore, it is not surprising that fingertips are one of Allah’s signs that contain the secret of His creation, and certify to the entity of the person without any confusion, thus becoming the most genuine testimony in this world and the Hereafter. The finger print is also a demonstration of Allah’s greatness of shaping such lines on a very small space no more than few square centimeters. Is it not a wonderful scientific miracle in which the power of Allah the Almighty is evident ?
