Good teachers always adopt a fair attitude when it comes to making any form of predications about potentials. Life is full of glitches and setbacks that good teachers view as opportunities to have-a-go the second time. Unlike most, they see problems as challenges that lead to new heights. Their expectations are high but realistic. They have their own ways in which to communicate their expectations so that they can be realised. Good teachers are meticulous in their organisations and their implementation.
