When the BSF routinely kill Bangladeshis in the border regions, they do not discriminate. Lets us perceive one of the single dimension of BSF killing… as they firm with it. Lots of village dweller in neighbor India raise cows to have milk and to plough their farm lands. They do not require large number of cattle's which born physically every year. It is a load to Indian cow raises to nourish cattle's every day with no monetary add. They got relived to sale those to any one. In contrast, people in Bangladesh require millions of cattle's every year for spiritual sacrifice. Alongside the demand, yet Bangladesh could not breed huge quantities of cattle's. As a result of these practical factors, an unofficial trade of cattle's between India and Bangladesh has been developed. In fact a large number cows were smuggled in to Bangladesh from India every year. Familiar ways were developed through out India to transport cows close to border of Bangladesh. A small number of traders form India use to sale cows to Bangladeshi traders. Eventually those cows were smuggled in Bangladesh. A common chain was set for this massive trade, which is not legal by laws of both Bangladesh and India. Formally no government can support this smuggling. News comes out on Media recurrently that Indian BSF shoot and kill cattle smugglers in border area. It has become a subject of grate concern that both Bangladeshi and Indian informal cattle traders become victim of such illegitimate killings. We must stop it now. Theoretically, it is a win-win position for trade. Bangladesh and India should instigate official measure of trading of cattle's by globally accepted export and import arrangement. Both are neighbor countries, this type of killing must to stop without delay. Both can benefited from formal import and export of cattle's. The seven sister states of India neighboring to north and east Bangladesh border may be given preference in the planned cattle trade. Existing policy should be revised to encourage Cattle traders of both countries. In this situation proposal from government of Bangladesh is required to talk about the issue with government of India to initiate formal border trade of cattle's from India to Bangladesh -involving private sector traders.
