Govt payees subsidy to electricity. If govt change some rules and we could take over 50% of the situation. Our power consume is increasing rapidly as people buying IPS. As my regular consume 1000k, when I use 600kv IPS my consumption going up 1600KV. from which I am using 1000KV on normal time and 600kv on load shearing time. So if government could take some decision to stop this increasing of over load and help people to electricity production, using all home light by Solar panel and other thing by electricity supply and also help people to get loan or credit for solar panel of other installment facilities. Govt could decrease subsidy on Electricity that people are interest to generate there own or go in solar.
