1. The Nation is under way to a mass in the hand of RAW, now the next episode is BDR re Building by RAW or CIA. My view point is based on this issue. We all know some bit of happening since 25th feb and no use repeating those , still for a clarity, I just high light few of those below which is self explanatory : • Action by Torab Ali • Action by BAL Mp Taposh/Azom/Nanok/CMFfarook khan/Jalil/M.U.K. Alamgir/Sk F.K.Salim • Action by Moin U Ahmed. • Action by Hasina (declaring general amnesty) • Confidence in holding DARBAR by DG BDR Maj. General Sakil • Indian interest for helping in Rebuilding BDR, • State of alertness by BSF and Indian Air force. • Action of media Indian NDTV and BD channels • Not allowing Army to x examine those political leaders • Story making w8 Ash color pick up and Foreign language bit talking by Lt col Shams • Focusing by BAL Govt. about killing was finish b4 1200 hrs on 25th feb • Focusing Bal Govt. on JMB Issue • Surrender drama by SHAHARA Khatun 2. Based on these factors it’s now clear that a conspiracy was the cause for BDR Massacre, now who is behind this: 3. My assuption goes like this : Initially it was a plot by RAW and the 1st hand agent for infiltration in BDR was TORAB Ali who did the networking in BDR w8 troops and supported by BAL. Once this was done then a need for no resistance were required from BDR Authority and that part was done by BAL in motivation to DG BDR, Lt. col. Shams and liked BAL minded other officer's inside BDR to Allow TORAB ali for the preparatory phase , and in action phase it's bad luck for General Sakil be killed. If NOT THEN I HAVE 100 Points to ask DG BDR, why he allowed rebels to leaf let ? and no action taken on those leaf let and even not informing to Sena prodhan or Home minister or DGFI about this incident, and take all preparation against anti coupe actions and why even after when at Darbar Hall General Sakil was conform that an attack by some rebels group in BDR is already ON and he did not ask his officers to take self defense? The only answer satisfy is may be General Sakil understood the real bit of the conspiracy and if he react and kill some jawans then the Blame by nation AND Govt would go against the Army officers and may be that will antagonize the Army soldiers too. So, from this point of view he laid his life for a greater cause and I respect him, if this is not the cause and if readers do not support this cause then he was a part of the coupe along with Lt Col shams and other officers therein. 4. Lets now go to the topic it self that’s rebuilding of BDR: I mainly give my views here for discussions. I fell BDR should be rebuild by the master people from BD Arms Forces and no help needed from India or USA. This rebuilding may bedone in 3 folds: Part one a. Time is 6 month for this part and followings are needed to do: • 40% Present BDR jawans and present officers serving should be removed , officers to back in army and jawans to leave the jobs or migrate to Army/Police/Ansar which ever is suitable. • A fresh troops from Army /Navy/Air force to pump in with officers from all forces to Command BDR and keep the Old BDR people under supervision and make a foot hold in their routine works. Part Two: This part shall take 0ne years after part one is over, Here rest of the 60% shall be replaced in the same way of part one. Part Three: This part is a long one, and shall keep developing in regards to National Security. Here lot of works to do some of these are may be as followings : • Hence forth , All recruitments for BDR should same like army and shall be from Army /Navy/Air force, Officers and Soldiers shall come on deputation from all services , and No officers from Armed Forces shall be allowed to join who ever served in BDR b4 25th feb. • No Headquarter's needed at Pilkhanna. • BDR shall work under the Army formation and only Unit Commanders shall be the sole responsible for Boarder Security, and his reporting shall be to a paramilitary cell at Formation Head Quarter ParaMilitery cell or direct to Armed forces Head quarter. Only Logistic bit like Ration. Ammunition and Others shall be given from Army, area wise, • A mini Headquarter like a Coordination Cell shall be at Home ministry to deal all Boarder clash issues and Protocols only, where a brigadier may be placed, No DG BDR appointment is require. • While in deputation Army /Navy /Air force jawans and officers shall get pay and allowance from Ministry of Home, and they shall be under Military Law, Not any paramilitary law. • A strong Intelligence cell combining with NSI, DGFI. And Military Intelligence shall work under the AFD. • Field level intelligence to collect information on border issues and unit administration matters and soldiers honesty levels and discipline activities shall be under Battalion Commanders level. • No sector concept shall work in this rebuilding. • There academic higher studies shall be covered by Army schools and colleges, • Their Training shall be within Battalion and for higher training they may be send to Army, because these are in a way Army people, so they are already trained in army way , no extra higher training is needed for next 5 years, • There posting in BDR time to time shall be controlled by AFD or a cell at AFD. • All pension benefits shall be governed by Army rules, and no records are need ed separately. • All arms ammunition and clothing and equipment shall be controlled by DGDP and an additional cell for purchase and procurement may be established in DGDP. • For X Boarder operation like flag meeting may be held by Home Ministry but those shall be notified to Defense ministry through AFD. • Once one officer or soldier served in deputation to BDR shall not be allowed 2nd time. • For BDR, budget shall be placed to Ministry of Defense. And No civilian Offices .MPs,Ministers shall be allowed to interfere in the command structure of this boarder force. Only Protocol part shall be handle by Ministry of Homes, in this connection all defense personal working with civil should be removed and back to cantonment. • Army and BDR Must not be allowed to work for state departmental work like Dal-Vat, traffic control , Arms collection all these Fatigue dutis , for this Govt may have a Home Land security under ministry of homes. But not Rakkhi Bahini once again. Note : I have more points but no use of making it long, if need we may disc here, About this topic I have not taken any help from any source on rebuilding part, less the part on BDR Mutiny which was from news paper , FB group disc and mostly my Assumptions.
