আবীর শাকরান মাহমুদ Flickr link: Click This Link Shakharibazar: Old Dhaka… Dhaka is one of the dense populated megacities in the world. App. 15 million people dwell here. Shakharibazar is situated in old section of Dhaka. It’s full of typical old Dhaka crowd, sound, scent and hubbub. The most common feature here is the anastomoses of wires. Passers-by hardly can watch the sky from the street because of these wire-plexus. Moreover, the buildings have risen in such a manner that wasn’t according to the rules of the city authority. Narrow lanes are constructed between them for communication purposes. No open ground is situated here for the children. So, the youngest generation is devoid of open space to express their freedom, to enjoy their recklessness, to spread their wings… Rather, often they only peep form their window in order to observe the dynamic street life.
