এক অসংজ্ঞায়িত চরিত্র!! SME Business Plan Competition-2012 শখের বশে একটি বিজনেস প্লান জমা দিয়াছিলাম। প্লানটি ছিল knitting elements এর উপর ।খুব কাঁচা হাতের কাজ ছিল ।তারপর কাজটা শেষ করার পর মনে হল একেবারে বৃথা যাইনি চেষ্টাটা ।প্লানটা নিয়ে কাজ করার আবার ইচ্ছা হচ্ছে ।তাই সবার সুচিন্তিত সহযোগিতা কাম্য । In short আমি প্লানটা তুলে ধরছি। Title of Business: Production of knitting elements& machine(light engineering) Nature of Business : Manufacturing Name of the Product: 1.knitting elements(latch needle, sinker, knit cam) 2.cylinder,needle carrier, cam box 3.hand operated light knitting machine(socks ,muffler, sweater) Important Features of the Product/ Service (Proposed) 1.To strengthen the backward linkage industry of textiles. 2.To reduce the production cost due to low cost 3. Good quality comparing with imported parts Total Investment (Taka): Apprx. 20,00,000BDT Overview: Demand of needles & sinker are on growing with the increase of production where the knitting m/c needs a lot of needles & sinkers due to breakage &corrosion. We take the huge amount broken needles, knitting parts as raw materials & recycled these to make new one. We have skilled man power & technology but need proper guidance.
