আমাদের একটা মানুষের সমাজ লাগবে Industrial revolution not only changed the economic structure of countries but also it made impact on Normal human relation. As Emile Durkheim in his famous book"the division of labor in society" (1893)argued Mechanical Solidarity turned into Organic solidarity now a days. The philosophy of Profit gaining made human relation less humane. This new type of human relation developed slowly after industrial revolution which made people more alienated. Alienated, segregated people are now more individualistic, direct contact with people lessened remarkably and thus human relation turned into organic solidarity( as per Emile Durkheim suggest). Emile Durkheim suggested that previously perceived Normal Human relation (before industrial revolution)was more like machine as machine’s every part is more closely connected and dependent upon one another. But after Industrial revolution people become more free to take decision but get segregated from community, a boy/ girl is being reared up in home he/she make much lesser social contact than before this happened to be the commonly granted social human relation. Less social interaction, less social obligation over individuals, more freedom to take personal decision has become our age’s normal human relation. We have to rethink about our man to man relation and should try to make our relations more humane and should be perceived as normal human relation throughout the world.
