During the first day of the Social Good Summit, we heard from a plethora of inspiring change makers. From United Nations officials to mobile app developers, the day was filled with a wide array of solutions for improving the world in the coming decades.
We heard about combatting diseases with mobile phones, reinventing media organizations and standing up to oppressive regimes using connective networks.

The theme of this year's Summit is #2030NOW, which addresses the need to think about long-term, sustainable solutions. The speakers all took into account the challenges the coming decades present and the uniquely poised position of the connected generation to move forward using digital tools.
