If you want to watch the moment when Twitter officially becomes a public company, you're in luck.
The New York Stock Exchange will live stream Twitter's IPO on Thursday morning, the first time it has broadcast an IPO or opening bell event in its 225-year history. The live stream is expected to kick off at around 9:20 am ET and can be viewed on a newly created page on the exchange's website.

"This channel will offer anyone a front row seat to the world’s biggest stage in business and we’re excited for it to go live for Twitter’s bell ringing ceremony,” Scott Cutler, executive vice president and head of global listings for the exchange, said in a statement to Mashable.
The stock exchange partnered with Livestream. Max Haot, CEO of Livestream, told Mashable that his company has been talking with the exchange for the past couple months and the two organizations accelerated their efforts to prepare for the Twitter IPO.
"It would have been on Bloomberg TV and a couple other traditional TV outlets," Haot says of the IPO, "but many people interested in it would have missed it."
Twitter's decision to list on the New York Stock Exchange was viewed as a big win by many as it looks to compete with the Nasdaq as a center for public tech companies. Embracing tools like livestreaming gives the exchange another way to try showing off its tech-friendly image to the world.
