U.S. President Barack Obama is apparently a fan of the Emmy-winning Netflix series House of Cards.
Before a meeting with tech magnates Tuesday morning, Obama shared a lighthearted exchange about the series with Netflix CEO Reed Hastings. Obama said he wished Washington politics were as "ruthlessly efficient" as the show's portrayal.

Jim Acosta and Mark Knoller, White House correspondents from CNN and CBS respectively, documented the exchange on Twitter.

Forgive the spoiler, but it's probably worth mentioning that the "ruthlessly efficient" Frank Underwood (Spacey's character) actually murders one of his fellow senators and partakes in a non-stop stream of lies and manipulation en route to "getting a lot of stuff done."
Obama called the tech leaders to the White House to discuss the troubled launch of Healthcare.gov and National Security Agency's controversial surveillance tactics. Members of the press were booted from the room before the meeting began.
