Headline magnet Miley Cyrus released an intimate music video for "Adore You" on Thursday as planned, though many people had already watched it before its official premiere because someone leaked the video online a day early on Christmas.
Cyrus, who writhes amid bedsheets in her underwear in the new video, addressed the leak on Twitter. In the tweet, the 21-year-old pop star references a record she holds: Vevo's record for most views in an initial 24-hour time span. She accomplished that feat in September with her viral "Wrecking Ball" video, which accumulated 19.3 million views in just one day.

Sporting a serious case of bed head in the "Adore You" music video, Cyrus films herself in bed sensually touching her body. Then, she changes into a black lace outfit, hops in the tub and continues the self-adoration while submerged in water.
"Adore You" is from Cyrus' fourth studio album Bangerz, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums charts in October.
