Try following the methods provided below and check if it helps: Method 1: Step 1: I would suggest you to run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool from Windows Recovery and check if it helps: Click This Link Step 2: Also run the check disk in Windows Recovery mode. a) In Windows Recovery mode click on Command Prompt b) In the command prompt, type the following command and hit Enter: c) chkdsk /r Note: If any bad sectors are found while running the check disk utility and if attempt recovery of bad sectors is checked while checking the drive for errors, the data in the bad sector may be lost while attempting to recover bad sectors. Method 2: I would suggest you to try performing SFC (System File Checker) scan on your computer and check if the issue still persists.
