আমার কাছে জিবন মানে একটা যুদব ক্ষেত্র। ভালোভসা হলো একটা উপলক্ষ জিবন চক্র চালানোর জন্য। 1. The poor monitoring system of Government of Bangladesh and its different organs. Lots of laws but very less are enforced. The enforcement agencies are not well equipped and well resourced to enforce the law over such a highly populated country and highly labor oriented industry. 2. Greediness of the building owners to get more money by extending extra capacity without considering the risk 3. Politicization of the government departments. Every politicians wait for his party to come in power and misuse the power for their own interest 4. The tendency of buyers to purchase of goods at lowest cost and maximize the profit, no contribution on awareness building and ensuring workers rights. 5. Owners mentality to make money for themselves only without considering the basic human rights. 6. Buyers are not concentrating the producer production capacity and place order more than their capacity. producers taking orders over their capacity and create the pressure on them to ship the goods to buyer in time. They become crazy to complete the production anyway 7. Buyers are not investing on the capacity building of the industry though they are the number one beneficiary of the industry. 8. Workers are in the dark of their rights and responsibilities 9. Poor communication between management and workers. 10. Limited authority given to Mid management. 11. Illiterate workers. Most of the workers are illiterate and not aware about their rights and they cannot take their decision. Most of the time they react with the rumors and there are few groups who get the benefit out of it. 11. Finally the no sustainable management system in place in maximum industries. All of these are my own opinion and lots of other reasons behind the tragedies like building collapse, Fire etc.
