We are very happy to see the initiatives taken by Govt. on the recent days. Though they are late but still we appreciate those as better late than never. We have seen a notification on today’s (10.10.2013) dailies that, Govt has taken an initiative to increase the service tenure of Defense personnel by 02 years. Few days back they have declared the opportunities for other Govt. Employees as well. But I like to ask to honorable Prime Minister about her thought about the Private sector employees. She is thinking about the Govt. employees’ security but do not the Private sector employees are contributing to the country??? Bangladesh is blessed with about 170 million of people. I am telling this as a blessing because children never become burden to their parents. So far the rough statistics is concern; we have approximate 01 million of Govt employees working in various sector of Govt Body in Bangladesh. Where as we have more than 4o million of people who all are serving in various types of private sectors. NBR is also getting huge TAX and Levies from these private companies and their employees. But unfortunately we have never seen to take initiative to enrich the private sector empowerment. So many multinational companies are doing business in our Lovely Bangladesh, where local employees are treated very negligently in spite of possessing good caliber. This all sorts of nuisance in the private sector are happening because they find that, Govt has no intervention here, nobody cares about the labor law provided by the Bangladesh Labor court. So, our urge to honorable Prime Minister to look after the private sector employees also. As we think to a mother all the child should get the similar priorities.
