চলে যেতে যেতে বলে যাওয়া কিছু কথা নাস্তিকেরা ইসলামকে জড়িয়ে যে টার্মটি ব্যবহার করতে সবচাইতে বেশি আমুদোতি হন তা হল জংগী। ইসলামী জংগীবাদ উনাদের সবচাইতে পছন্দনীয় টপিক। কিন্তু জংগী নাস্তিক্যবাদ বলে যে কিছু আছে তা তাদের অনেকেই জানেন না না। আর সবচাইতে আশ্চর্য্যজনক সত্য হল জংগী ইসলামীরা না যত মানুষ মেরেছে তার চাইতে বেশি মানুষ মেরেছে জংগী নাস্তিকেরা। নাস্তিক্য জংগীবাদ শব্দটি প্রথম ব্যবহার করা হয় ১৮৯৪ সালে, অথচ ইসলামী জংগীবাদের সাথে আমাদের পরিচয় খুব বেশিকাল আগের নয়।

বির্টিশ ফিলোসোফার Julian Baggini মিলিটান্ট এথিইজম বা জংগী নাস্তিক্যবাদের ডেফিনশন দিতে গিয়ে বলেন, জংগী নাস্তিক্যবাদ হল এমন নাস্তিক্যবাদ যা কিনা ধর্মের প্রতি সহিংস এবং একান্তভাবে ধর্মবিরোধী, যা কিনা ঘৃনায় ভরা দৃষ্টিভংগি দিয়ে সবধরনের ধর্মে দুনিয়ার বুক থেকে মুছে ফেলতে চায়। উদারপন্থি নাস্তিকেরা একটিতে কিন্তু জংগী নাস্তিকেরা দুটিতে বিশ্বাস করে। উদারপন্হি কিংবা মডারেট নাস্তিকেরা দাবি করে ধর্ম মিথ্যা এবং বোকামি, কিন্তু জংগী নাস্তিকেরা এর সাথে আরেকটি ব্যাপার দাবি করে, তাহল ধর্ম সবসময় ক্ষতিকারক কিংবা বিপদজনক। জংগী নাস্তিক্যবাদ materialism of Marxism-Leninism এর অবিচ্ছেদ্দ অংগ ছিল। চরম নাস্তিক্যবাদ লক্ষ করা যায় বিগত সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়নে, যেখান নাস্তিক্যবাদকে সরকারী ক্রেডো বা ধর্মে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করা চেষ্টা চালানো হয় আর তা করা হয় ধর্মের বিরদ্ধে আগ্রাসন চালিয়ে।

কমিউনিস্ট পরিনত হয় চার্চের ভুমিকায়। ধংস করতে শুরু করে মসজিদ মাদ্রাসা আর চার্চ। এই জন্যই বোধহয় সামুর নাস্তিকদের প্রধান টার্গেট মসজিদ আর মাদ্রাসা। সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়নে তখন কোন ধরনের ধর্মীয় সভা করা যেত না। স্কুল বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে ধর্মীয় শিক্ষা শুধুমাত্র নিষিদ্দ্ব করা হয়নি, সেখানে নাস্তিক্যবাদের পাঠ্যদান করা হত।

ছাত্রদের বলা হত তারা যেন তাদের পরিবার পরিজনকে নাস্তিক্যবাদে ধর্মান্তর ঘটায়। ধর্মবিরোধী গান, কবিতা লেখায় তাদের উদ্বুদ্ব করা হত। কোন ছাত্র নাস্তিক্যবাদে অস্বীকৃতি জানালে তাকে স্কলারশিপ বাতিল করা হত এবং বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে বিতাড়িত করা হয়। যে কেউ এসব নীতিমালা লংঘন করলে তার জন্য ছিল কঠোর শাস্তি। শুধুমাত্র ১৯২২ সালেই এই জংগী নাস্তিকদের হাতে ২৬৯১ জন সেক্যুলার প্রিষ্ট, ১৯৬২ জন মংক আর ৩৪৪৭ জন নানকে তাদের প্রান হারাতে হয়েছিল।

ধার্মিকদের নাস্তিক হতে বাধ্য করা হত বিভিন্ন রকম টরচার করে কিংবা জেলে পাঠিয়ে। শুধুমাত্র ১৯৪১ সালে ৪০০০০ চার্চ আর ২৫০০০ মসজিদকে বিলুপ্ত করে সেখানে ষ্কুল, সিনেমা, ক্লাব আর নাস্তিক্যসম্পর্কীয় মিউজিয়াম প্রতিষ্ঠা করা হয়। তাই Oscar J. Hammenনামের আমরিকান ঐতিহাসিক Engels আর মার্কস আক্ষা দিয়েছিলেন জংগী নাস্তিক হিসাবে। অথচ দেখুন এক লালন মুর্তি ভাংগাতেই নাস্তিকদের নর্তন কুর্দনে ব্লগ প্রকম্পিত হয়ে উঠেছিল। ১৯২৯ সালে গঠিত হয় League of Militant Atheists (Russian: Союз воинствующих безбожников, Soyuz voinstvuyushchikh bezbozhnikov)।

এবং Tatar Union of the Militant Godless সাথে নিয়ে ধর্মের বিরুদ্দ্বে প্রপাগান্ডা চালায়। Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn, তাদের ধংসের বিবরন দিয়েছেন তার লেখায়। জংগী নাস্তিকের মনে করে যে যেহেতু ঈশ্বরকে দেখা যায় না তাই বিগ্যানের দৃষ্টিভংগিতে ঈশ্বরের অস্তিত্ব নেই। ধর্মীয় গালগল্প আর ধর্মীয় মিরাকলের কোন বৈগ্যানিক প্রমান নেই। Bruce Sheiman যিকি কিনা Atheist 3.0 movement এর নেতা ছিলেন তিনি পর্যন্ত জংগী নাস্তিকদের বিগ্যানকে ব্যবহার করে ঈশ্বরকে বাতিল করার এই প্রয়াসকে নিন্দা জানান।

অথচ সামুর নাস্তিকেরা বিগ্যান দিয়ে ঈশ্বরকে কুপোকাত করার আজীব আর অযৌক্তিক সব চেষ্টা চালান। জংগী নাস্তিকেরা শুধু সোভিয়েত ইউনিয়নে নয় বেশির ভাগ কম্যুনিষ্ট দেশগুলোতে সক্রিয় ছিল। জংগী নাস্তিকদের নতুন নেতা হিসাবে আবির্ভুত হয়েছেন রিচার্ড ডকিন্স। জার্নালিষ্ট Moore Daily Telegraph এ "Militant atheists: নামক আর্টিকেলে লিখেছেন too clever for their own good" সেখানে Richard Dawkinsকে লক্ষ্য করে লেখেন "intolerance, dogmatism, righteousness, moral contempt for one's opponents" Moore also stated that Dawkins promulgated the idea that atheism is "a superior order of being".[73] In the same newspaper, Raj Persaud categorised Richard Dawkins as a militant atheist for his 'famously virulent views on religion, attacking it as a "virus of the mind" and an "infantile regression".'[74] The editor of Quadrant Magazine, a literary and cultural journal, also refers to Dawkins in these terms, and suggests that Dawkins' views are an extreme example of intolerance.[75] Journalist, RJ Eskow, in The Huffington Post refers to Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris as fundamentalist atheists, saying "I believe most atheists are progressive, enlightened people who are simply 'nonbelievers.' My quarrel is only with those who advocate the elimination of religion based on grandiose and unsubstantiated claims."[76] General Melanie Phillips, a British author, suggests that militant atheism "in junking religion, has destroyed our sense of anything beyond our material selves and the here and now" and "paved the way for the onslaught on bedrock moral values ... and intimidation and bullying to drive this agenda into public policy".[79] Simon Blackburn writes that "many professional philosophers, including ones such as myself who have no religious beliefs at all, are slightly embarrassed, or even annoyed, by the voluble disputes between militant atheists and religious apologists".[80] [edit] Humanism Paul Kurtz, considered by many to be the founder of secular humanism,[81] has criticized militant atheists in that "they resist any effort to engage in inquiry or debate" and militant atheism as "becom[ing] mere dogma."[82] Kurtz has criticized the militant atheism of the Soviet Union, which he stated "persecuted religious beleivers, confiscated church properties, executed or exiled tens of thousands of clerics, and prohibited believers to engage in religious instruction or publish religious materials" and praised Mikhail Gorbachev's "dismantling such policies by permitting greater freedom of religious conscience...moving from militant atheism to tolerant humanism."[83] One of the differences Kurtz cited between militant atheists and humanists was the latter's commitment to "human freedom and democracy" while stating that the militant atheism of the Soviet Union consistently violated basic human rights.[35] Kurtz also stated that the "defense of religious liberty is as precious to the humanist as are the rights of the believers."[35] ।
