এহহামিদা'র ব্লগ!!

ব্লগে প্রায়ই দেখা যায় কেউ কেউ মুজিবের ১৯৭৩ এর ৩০ শে নভেম্বরের আগের বিভিন্ন বক্তব্য নিয়া হাজির হয় আর প্রমান করার চেষ্টা করে যে মুজিব সুনির্দিষ্ট অভিযোগে অভিযুক্তদের সাধারন ক্ষমায় ক্ষমা করে নাই!! যদিও তাদেরকে দেখিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছিল যে যাবজ্জীবন কারাদন্ডপ্রাপ্ত মালিক ও তার মন্ত্রীসভার সদস্য ও অন্যান্যদের মুজিব সাধারন ক্ষমার মাধ্যমেই মুক্তি দেয়!! যাক সেসব কথা!! আজকে সকলের সামনে পাকি যুদ্ধাপরাধীদের বিচারের ব্যাপারে স্বাধীনতার পরবর্তীকালে মুজিবের কিছু বক্তব্য তুলে ধরার আমার এই ক্ষুদ্র প্রয়াস!! সেই সাথে মুজিবের আগের কথা ও পরের কাজের ব্যাপারে ধারনা পাওয়া যাবে!!! ******************************************************************* According to another joint declaration issued today, the Indian government has apparently agreed to hand over Pakistan soldiers, officers and civil servants who are wanted for alleged war crimes in Bangladesh. The document says that " the Government of India will fully cooperate with the Government of Bangladesh in bringing those guilty person to justice". Peter Hazelhurst, Pg 6, The Times, Monday, March 20, 1972. এই ঘটনাটা ঘটেছিল ভারত-বাংলাদেশ ২৫ বছরের চুক্তি সাক্ষরের সময়ে!! আলাদা একটা জয়েন্ট ডিক্লারেসনের মাধ্যমে ঘোষনা দেয়া হয়েছিল ভারত পাকিস্থানী যুদ্ধাপরাধীদেরকে বিচারের জন্য বাংলাদেশের কাছে হস্তান্তর করবে!! ১৯৭২ সালের ২৫ শে এপ্রিল কুলদিপ নায়ার মুজিবের সাথে তার সাক্ষাতকারের একটি রিপোর্ট প্রকাশ করে!! ******************************************************************* On the eve of talk between India and Pakistan at Murree, Shekh Mujibur Rahman, The Prime Minister of Bangladesh, said that india "will not and can not negotiate" any settlement concerning prisoners of war without the agreement of Bangladesh. ৮০ মিনিটের এই সাক্ষাতকারে মুজিব জানায় যে বন্দীরা ভারত বাংলাদেশ মিত্রবাহিনীর কাছে আত্নসমর্পন করে সুতরাং দিল্লী একা কোন সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারে না। On the question of trial of war criminals, Sheikh Mujib was unequivocal: he could not understand how the prisoners who committed "genocide" could be allowed to go free. ..... When told that the Pakistan Government had offered to try the criminals itself, Sheikh Mujib said "What has Pakistan to do with it? Crimes were committed in Bangladesh, not in Pakistan." ******************************************************************** Source: Bangladesh warning over fate of prisoners, Kuldip Nayar, Pg 7, The Times, Wednesday, April 26, 1972. এই সাক্ষাতকারে মুজিব জানিয়ে দেয় যে পাকিস্থানী যুদ্ধাপরাধীদের বিচার হবেই বাংলাদেশের মাটিতে!! পাকিস্থান নিজেই বিচার করবে বলাতে তিনি জানিয়ে দেন যে ক্রাইম যেহেতু বাংলাদেশেই হয়েছে সেহেতু বাংলাদেশই বিচার করবে এবং পাকিস্থানের এই ক্ষেত্রে কিছু করার থাকতে পারে না!! ১৯৭২ সালেই ইন্দিরা-ভুট্টো বৈঠকের প্রাক্কালে মুজিব আরেক সাক্ষাতে বলে যে বাংলাদেশে ১৫০০ পাকি যুদ্ধপরাধীদের বিচার হবেই!! ******************************************************************** Asked if there was any question of abandoning the trials, Sheikh Mujib said "How can you expect it? The world should know what had happened." ******************************************************************* Source: Shaikh Mujibur Rahman affirms intention to try 1,500 soldiers for alleged war crimes, Pg 5, The Times, Wednesday, JUNE 21, 1972 মুজিব এক কথা জানিয়ে দিলেন ৩০ লক্ষ মানুষ কে যারা হত্যা করেছে, ২ লক্ষ মেয়েকে যারা ধর্ষন করেছে, যাদের কারনে এক কোটি মানুষকে ভারতে আশ্রয় নিতে হয়ে ছিল, দেড় কোটি মানুষকে বাংলাদেশের ভিতরেই পালিয়ে বেড়াতে হয়েছিল তাদের বিচার হবেই বাংলাদেশে!! পুরা ১৯৭২ সাল জুইড়া মুজিব এত এত কড়া কথার পরে যা হইল তা পুরাপুরী ভ্যাবাছ্যাকা খাওয়াইয়া দেয়ার মত!! ১৫০০ পাকি যুদ্ধাপরাধীদের বিচারের কথা বললেও শেষ পর্যন্ত তা মাত্র ১৯৫ জনে ঠেকল!! সেই প্রেক্ষিতে ১৯৭৩ সালে ইন্টারন্যাশনাল ওয়ার ক্রাইমস ট্রাইব্যুনাল ১৯৭৩ পাশ করা হইল এদের বিচারের জন্য!! তারপরেই ঘটা শুরু করল জঘন্য ঘটনা গুলো!! যার মাশুল আজকেও গুনতে হচ্ছে বাংলাদেশের মানুষকে!! কুলাংগারদের বিচার হয় নি শেষ পর্যন্ত!! এইবার শুনুন এবং জানুন মুজিব এক সাক্ষাতকারে কুলদিপ নায়ারকে কি বলেছিল যা প্রকাশিত হয়েছিল দ্যা টাইমসে ২৮ শে ফেব্রুয়ারী ১৯৭৪ সালে!! কতটা জঘন্য শুনাচ্ছিল তার উক্তিগুলো!! ******************************************************************** The Shaikh, who gave me an hour interview, was quiet indulgent towards Pakistanis, particularly President Bhutto. They- boys and girls also- lustily cheered me when they saw familiar kurta-pyjama clad figure among them. When I interrupted him to remind him of the atrocities and destruction that Pakistan had committed in Bangladesh and the instances which he had cited last time, he said "I want to forget all those. I want my people to forget those. We have to start afresh." after a pause he added: "You know that people's memory is short." Again, reverting to Mr. Bhutto, he said, " I want to help him. He is an old friend." ******************************************************************* Source: Shaikh Mujib willing to help India and Pakistan resolve their differences and live as neighbours, Kuldip Nayar, Pg 10, The Times, Thursday, February 28, 1974. এখানে দেখা গেল মুজিব পাকিদের ভালবাসায় মুগ্ধ হয়ে সব ভুলে গেলেন, ভুলে যেতে বললেন, ক্ষমা করে দিলেন!! এইবার তিনি ৩০ লক্ষ শহীদের কথা ভুলে গেলেন!! তাজ্জব আর সব দোষ মাইনষের!! এরপরই ১৯৭৪ সালের ৯ই এপ্রিল ১৯৭৪ সালে ঠিক একই ভাবে forgive and forget এর কথা বলে ত্রিদেশীয় চুক্তি এর মাধ্যমে সর্বশেষ ১৯৫ পাকিস্থানী যুদ্ধাপরাধীদের ক্ষমা করে পাকিস্থানে পাঠানোর ব্যবস্থা করা হল!! ******************************************************************* Mujibur: It has only gone up 10-12%.
