মুভিটি দেখার ইচ্ছা ছিল অনেক দিনের। পত্রপত্রিকায় এর সম্পর্কে জেনেছি। কিন্তু দেখলাম এতদিনে। সিডনি লিমুটের এই ছবিটি অনেক পুরোনো। ১৯৫৭ সালের।

কাহিনী, রেজিনল্ড রোজ। কাহিনীকারের অসাধারণ দার্শনিক,মনোবৈজ্ঞানিক এবং আইনী জ্ঞান আর তা প্রকাশের দক্ষতা আমাকে এককথায় বাবার থামিয়ে দিয়েছে,ভাববার জন্য। যারা সৈয়দ ওয়ালীউল্লাহর 'চাঁদের অমাবস্যা' পড়েছেন তাদের জন্য আরেকটা ভালোলাগা এই ছবিটি। অস্তিত্ববাদ,আইন,মনোবিজ্ঞান আর মানবতাবাদের অসাধারণ প্রয়োগে ছবিটির অল্প কাহিনী অনেক হয়ে উঠেছে। একজন প্রমাণিত খুনীর জন্য ১২ জন জুরির দিনযাপনের কাহিনী।
